Van Middachten

Van Middachten is an ancient knightly family from Gelderland whose members appeared at the provincial diet in the sixteenth century, were listed in the knighthood of Overijssel from the seventeenth century onward, and have belonged to the Dutch nobility since 1814; the noble line became extinct in 1901.
